Providing peace of mind and security we will work in conjunction with your appointed representative and estate to ensure that your practice is taken care of. There are also no fees to your estate should this unfortunate event occur.

With a low monthly subscription there are many other reasons that so many sole practitioners have joined and still continue to join this plan. These include the provision of an alternate should you not currently have arrangements in place or wish to seek a more appropriate local arrangement. In addition we provide a discounted fee should you wish to sell the practice or if your wishes are to expand the practice we can also help with this. We also offer discounted membership to Goldsmith’s Businesses for Sale and Wanted Service.

When will you arrange for an alternate to be put in place?

Upon joining the Secure Plan, we will commence a search to seek a suitable alternate for your practice should this be a requirement. Goldsmith’s charge no fees for this service, it is part of the programme.

Would my family have any of the burden regarding the practice if the situation presented itself?

No. Goldsmith’s would take care of everything regarding the sale, from sourcing the buyer, to working out the terms through to the completion of the sale of the practice. There will be no fees from Goldsmith’s to the estate and therefore no added burden to your family.
